One of our most cherished traditions is to sit around our Thanksgiving spread and share what we are most thankful for. Some are thankful for family, friends and the time we can share together. Others talk about their new baby on the way, new promotion, or new house. The younger kiddos talk about being grateful for toys and play while the teenagers get to the point and express their thanks for the mashed potatoes in front of them.
In the end, it all comes down to one thing - gratitude. In the spirit of sharing what we are thankful for in 2018, we want to express our gratitude to YOU, our Darling Dish readers. We started this blog this year with the hope of sharing more about the people behind the Darling™ name. Below are some of our highlights from the blog and what it has meant to us to share with you. We took you to Chile, Spain and Morocco to show you where our delicious fruit comes from and, in doing so, we give thanks for the opportunity to bring you the most delicious citrus year round. Our blog would not be complete without a little bit of fun! We love to share our enthusiasm for the citrus we grow, and we’ve done so with clementine trivia and team spirit. Did you know that despite popular belief, there IS a word that rhymes with orange? Thank you for letting us spread the love of citrus!

Lastly, we brought you posts that highlighted our initiative to give back. We are dedicated to the principle that giving back is a way of life, so when we launched the Squeeze the Day and Classroom Clementines Sweepstakes, this is exactly what we had in mind. Thanks to your participation, we are happy to say that a nice elementary classroom in Arizona enjoyed 10 lbs worth of Clementines and that we will be making a $500 donation to the Susan G Komen Foundation this month! We are grateful for the opportunity to give back, and we could not have been able to do it without you.
