This sweet and simple refresher from Colleen Graham at The Spruce Eats might be called the Summer Breeze Cocktail, but we believe it should be enjoyed year round. Kick back on the patio and soak up the rays with this quick, four ingredient bourbon beverage. Grab an old-fashioned glass and muddle an orange slice with orange liqueur. Then, stir in equal parts bourbon and ginger ale. Graham also shares multiple recipe variations, such as subbing the bourbon for rum or tequila.

Few things taste better in the heat of the summer than a frozen drink! Tart lemon daiquiris with fresh squeezed lemon juice, white rum, and mint leaves are just what you need to quench your thirst and feel refreshed. You can find this must-have recipe at Feast and West, where author Susannah shares her inspiration for developing this tasty spring cocktail. If you’d like to transform this recipe into a refreshing mocktail, we recommend subbing the white rum with coconut milk for an extra sweet and creamy frozen treat.

This booze-free Citrus Punch is a sweet and tangy beverage that the whole family will enjoy. This mocktail recipe from Erren Hart at Erren’s Kitchen begins with juicing all the delicious spring citrus: 8 cups of fresh squeezed orange juice, 4 cups of lemon juice, and 2 cups of lime juice. Once all the fresh citrus is juiced, pour the mixture into a pitcher and boil 2 cups of water with 1.5 cups of sugar. Allow sugar to dissolve and cool before combining with the citrus and placing in the refrigerator to chill. Serve over ice with extra slices of fruit and relax while sippin’ on the sweet flavors of spring.
