We love seeing what our creative foodie friends come up with using Darling Citrus®, and the newest recipe from Shadi of Unicorns in the Kitchen is no exception. Because this cake is made with freshly squeezed Darling Clementine® juice, it is extra moist, flavorful, and doesn’t require much added sugar. It’s perfect for a holiday party, to keep on hand for when friends drop by, or when you’re looking for a midnight snack (no judgement here!).
