# Green Goodies: St. Patrick's Day Green Recipe Roundup
March 6, 2019 | By: The Darling Dish
One might think that our favorite colors are blue and orange - which is partly true - but the month of March gives us a chance to showcase one of our other favorite colors, green! Since we’ve got green on the mind, we’re rounding up our favorite Suavo Avocado® recipes that are sure to make your St. Patrick’s Day party very lucky!
Here are a few not-so-mean green recipes:
## [Suavo Avocado® Milkshake](https://www.lgssales.com/recipes/avocado-milkshake/)
You might not think that avocado belongs in a milkshake, but think again! This recipe calls for two scoops of ice cream, milk, honey and lime juice with one Suavo Avocado®. A sweet milkshake with a twist like this is going to be a real crowd pleaser!
## [Suavo Avocado® Eggs Benedict](https://www.lgssales.com/recipes/suavo-avocado-eggs-benedict/)
Eggs Benedict is one of those classic breakfast dishes that never goes out of style. Shake it up by switching out the hollandaise sauce with avocado spread. The runny yolk and Canadian bacon mixed with the avocado makes for great texture and flavor!
## [Suavo Avocado® Cheesecake with Walnut Crust](https://www.lgssales.com/recipes/suavo-avocado-cheesecake-walnut-crust/)
We’re already drooling! There’s nothing quite as satisfying as a fork gently combing through a piece of cheesecake… A soft, sweet cream cheese and avocado combines with the crunchy graham-cracker walnut crust to perfection in one bite.
Here’s to a lucky St. Patrick’s Day, Darling! How are you celebrating the luckiest holiday of the year?
