# Darling Citrus Air Fryer Hacks
February 22, 2023 | By: The Darling Dish
Have you jumped on the air fryer bandwagon yet, Darling? Air fryers have taken center stage recently due to their ability to make mealtime unbelievably easy! They cook food evenly and quickly, while using less oil than a traditional fryer. Whether you’re already an air fryer aficionado, or you’ve never used one before, you’ll love these [Darling Citrus](http://lgssales.com/)[®](https://www.lgssales.com/) air fryer recipes!
## [Air Fryer Lemon Shrimp](https://www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/a39828406/air-fryer-lemon-shrimp-recipe/)
You’ll want to pop a second batch in the air fryer as soon as you take your first bite of this [Air Fryer Lemon Shrimp](https://www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/a39828406/air-fryer-lemon-shrimp-recipe/). There is garlic and [Darling Lemon®](https://www.lgssales.com/products/darling-lemons/)-y flavor in every bite, and it’s just as healthy as it is tasty! Serve this recipe as a quick appetizer at your next dinner party, or as an everyday dinner entree paired with savory veggies.
## [Air Fryer Citrus-Thyme Salmon](https://www.countryliving.com/food-drinks/a42417785/air-fryer-citrus-thyme-salmon-recipe/)
Spice up your weeknights with [Air Fryer Citrus-Thyme Salmon](https://www.countryliving.com/food-drinks/a42417785/air-fryer-citrus-thyme-salmon-recipe/)! Before the salmon is air-fried, [Darling Clementines®](https://www.lgssales.com/products/darling-clementines/), [Darling Lemons®](https://www.lgssales.com/products/darling-lemons/), and honey add a brilliant balance of sweet and zesty flavor, and thyme leaves and crushed fennel seeds are sprinkled on top.
## Dehydrated [Darling Oranges®](https://www.lgssales.com/products/darling-oranges/) and [Darling Lemons®](https://www.lgssales.com/products/darling-lemons/)
Dehydrating your [Darling Citrus](http://lgssales.com/)[®](https://www.lgssales.com/) fruit using an air fryer is the ultimate snack hack! Wash, dry, and cut your [Darling Orange®](https://www.lgssales.com/products/darling-oranges/) or [Darling Lemons®](https://www.lgssales.com/products/darling-lemons/) into even, thin slices about ¼ of an inch thick. Put them in the air fryer at 130 degrees F for about 3 hours, and begin checking on the fruit until it has reached your desired dryness level. Dehydrated citrus can be stored for up to two weeks in an airtight container. This is a great way to eliminate food waste and preserve your [Darling Citrus](http://lgssales.com/)[®](https://www.lgssales.com/) fruit longer! Plus, dehydrated [Darling Oranges®](https://www.lgssales.com/products/darling-oranges/) and Lemons have so many uses. They’re great additions when cooking or baking for a more subtle hint of citrus, can be used as a garnish for a summertime cocktail, or can be strung and displayed as festive decoration! If you love these, try dehydrating [Darling Cara Caras®](https://www.lgssales.com/products/darling-cara-cara/) and [Darling Minneolas®](https://www.lgssales.com/products/darling-minneolas/)!
Pro tip: The firmer citrus that you use, the firmer your result will be!
