This perfectly seared salmon is flaky and tender on the inside with a silky citrus glaze. The bright flavors come from the harmonious blend of Darling Orange®, Darling Cara Cara®, and Darling Lemon® juices that banish any chance of fishy-tasting salmon. The addition of soy sauce and garlic give it a depth of rich, umami flavor that is sure to have you putting this glaze on everything.
This Orange Glazed Salmon is stunning enough to serve for a dinner party, but quick enough to get on the dinner table on a busy weeknight. The salmon is seared in a skillet for a few minutes per side, and then the glaze is poured over to as it finishes cooking. It works great baked or grilled, too.
