# Family Bake-Off Challenge
March 18, 2020 | By: The Darling Dish
With so many changes affecting travel, spring break plans, and community events, finding opportunities to entertain and connect with your family in the home is more important than ever. That's why we've shared some FUN and delicious recipes below the whole family can enjoy creating together. Plan a bake-off challenge with some of these sweet citrus treats! *Bonus: you probably have most of the ingredients already! *
[Darling Clementine® Cake](https://www.lgssales.com/recipes/clementine-cake/)
One of our most popular recipes, this Darling Clementine Cake® is dense, moist, and full of flavor. With only a handful of ingredients, you probably have most of them on hand already!
[Citrus Cookies](https://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/citrus-cookies-56389451)
Made with 3 kinds of citrus, these cookies have no shortage of flavor. The oranges can easily be replaced with Darling Clementines® that are coming fresh from Morocco right now. Grab a bag and get your kiddos zesting away for a hands-on activity!
[Coconut Citrus Energy Bites](https://www.parsnipsandpastries.com/coconut-citrus-energy-bites/)
These no-bake cookies could not be easier. Plus, they are made with whole-food ingredients to give you *and* your kids the fuel you need for a full day of fun. You could easily substitute cashew butter for any nut butter you have on hand, or any of the citrus for Darling Clementines® to shake things up!
Take a photo of your bake-off champion and share with us on social media!
*Finding ways to entertain your family in the home during this unusual time can be challenging. These recipes are meant to inspire you to spark joy in your home and create meaningful moments with your family. Please know that the LGS Sales family is thinking of you during this time.*

Born out of love for fresh produce and a desire to bring the world's best tasting citrus to U.S. shoppers, LGS Specialty Sales, Ltd. started as a one man operation that would soon shape the future of fresh produce. The first imported clementines from Spain arrived in the U.S. market nearly 30 years ago.
