# 3 Recipes for Happy Hour
April 19, 2023 | By: The Darling Dish
Refreshingly cold cocktails are the perfect complement to a warm, spring day! This season, we’ve rounded up a few of our all-time favorite [Darling Citrus](http://lgssales.com/)[®](https://www.lgssales.com/) happy hour recipes for you to enjoy.
## [Lemon Basil Mojito](https://www.lgssales.com/recipes/lemon-basil-mojito/)
Add some [Darling Lemon®](https://www.lgssales.com/products/darling-lemons/) zest to your mojito with this [Lemon Basil Mojito](https://www.lgssales.com/recipes/lemon-basil-mojito/) recipe! This recipe is as simple as it gets, only requiring 5 ingredients and 5 minutes of prep time.
## [Clementine Spritzer](https://www.instagram.com/p/CK7DiCNHXqL/)
This [Clementine Spritzer](https://www.instagram.com/p/CK7DiCNHXqL/) puts the “happy” in “happy hour”! Fresh raspberry juice, sparkling cider, and clementine juice give this beverage its vibrant pink color. We love to garnish ours with rosemary and a [Darling Clementine®](https://www.lgssales.com/products/darling-clementines/) slice! For an equally tasty mocktail, leave out the alcohol and double the sparkling cider.

## [Minneola Paloma](https://www.lgssales.com/recipes/minneola-paloma/)
[Darling Minneola®](https://www.lgssales.com/products/darling-minneolas/) lovers, this one’s for you! Salt the rim of a glass, then mix tequila, lime juice, agave nectar, and Darling Minneola juice. Add ice, top with sparkling water, and garnish with a minneola wedge. Bright, refreshing, and simple, this will be your drink of the season!
